NEW RETURNS (Non-Defective Items):
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase. An RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number) is required for any return. To obtain an RGA# please call our customer service department. 1-800-545-4605 M-F MST.
Returns must be un-used, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
If the reason for return is our error, then we will pay the return shipping charges.
If the reason for return is the customer's error, then the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Re-Stock fees may be charged on some products. You will be notified of any fees when applying for your RGA#.
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 36 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
