Q: What do I do about warranty issues?
Call us and we’ll handle it! We are a vendor-preferred distributor because we handle as much of the warranty process as possible, which makes it easy for both you and our manufacturers. We honor all manufacturer warranties and go beyond what you expect to make things right.
Q: Do you ship to APO addresses?
Unfortunately no, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q: Do you help with installation?
Of course! We provide installation for the products we sell at our Englewood Colorado Location. Contact us for rates.
While most our products feature Do-It-Yourself installation, we can do it for you. Our installers are very experienced and perfectionists. Let our techs save you time and get you on the road with your favorite accessory.
Most installations should be scheduled at least 1 day in advance. Although some products like Bed Liners can usually be installed anytime without advance notice.
PLEASE make sure you vehicle exterior is clean and your truck bed empty.
You are welcome to wait for your installation at our store. There are restaurants, a movie theater, and Starbucks within walking distance.
Q: Can I expedite my order?
Yep! As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet or if you haven’t placed your order yet, just give us a call or select an expedited shipping method when placing your order on the website.
