    While most our products feature Do-It-Yourself installation, we can do it for you. Our installers are very experienced and perfectionists. Let our techs save you time and get you on the road with your favorite accessory.

    Tips:

    • Most installations should be scheduled at least 1 day in advance. Although some products like Bedliners can usually be installed anytime without advance notice.
    • Please make sure you vehicle exterior is clean and your truck bed empty.
    • You are welcome to wait for your installation at our store. There are restaurants, a movie theater, and Starbucks within walking distance.

    Our products and services are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction in every way.
    Return anything purchased from us within 30 days if it proves otherwise. We do not want you to have anything from Truck Logic® that is not completely satisfactory.

    Special Conditions

    To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, we may either require a receipt or decline a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

    • Items that were not purchased directly from Truck Logic®
    • Items with a missing label or an item that has been defaced
    • On rare occasions, based on the nature of prior transactions
    • Without a receipt and a valid ID in our stores
    • Items that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been cleaned
    • Items lost or damaged due to fire, flood or natural disaster

    Freight Damage

    IMPORTANT!!: IF A CARRIER ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER A FREIGHT DAMAGED ITEM, DO NOT ACCEPT THE ITEM FROM THE CARRIER.

    Refuse the shipment and make note of the damage on the carrier's receipt or bill of lading. Notify us immediately. We will make arrangements for a replacement or refund. Please try to take a photo of any freight damaged product. It will be helpful in expediting your replacement or refund.

    This policy does not extend to promotional give-aways, special and limited offers, and auction sites. Price matching cannot be combined with any discounts or promotions.

    Remember, when purchasing online it is important to only purchase items from an authorized seller. Purchases from a third party do not carry the original manufacturer's warranty.

    If you find item from an authorized dealer or website on any identical, in-stock item within one year after purchasing the same product from us and we'll refund the purchase difference.
