    • Please make sure you vehicle exterior is clean and your truck bed empty.

    Special Conditions

    To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, we may either require a receipt or decline a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

    • Items that were not purchased directly from Truck Logic®
    • Items with a missing label or an item that has been defaced
    • On rare occasions, based on the nature of prior transactions
    • Without a receipt and a valid ID in our stores
    • Items that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been cleaned
    • Items lost or damaged due to fire, flood or natural disaster

    Freight Damage

    IMPORTANT!!: IF A CARRIER ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER A FREIGHT DAMAGED ITEM, DO NOT ACCEPT THE ITEM FROM THE CARRIER.

    Refuse the shipment and make note of the damage on the carrier's receipt or bill of lading. Notify us immediately. We will make arrangements for a replacement or refund. Please try to take a photo of any freight damaged product. It will be helpful in expediting your replacement or refund.

    Free Shipping:

    Free Shipping is available for most of our truck accessories. These products are clearly marked throughout our site. Free Shipping applies to UPS or FED-EX Standard Ground service, and in some cases Motor Freight, depending on the item. In transit time is usually 2-5 days depending on your location. Free Shipping is available in the USA only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

    Flat Rate Shipping:

    Certain products do not qualify for free shipping due to their excessive weight and size. Charges for Flat Rate Shipping are uniform regardless of destination. Products requiring Flat Rate Shipping are clearly indicated, saving you the hassle of filling out forms to view shipping costs.

    NEW RETURNS (Non-Defective Items):

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase. An RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number) is required for any return. To obtain an RGA# please call our customer service department. 1-800-545-4605 M-F MST.

    Returns must be un-used, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

    Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

    SHIPPING CHARGES:

    If the reason for return is our error, then we will pay the return shipping charges.

    If the reason for return is the customer's error, then the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

    RE-STOCK FEES:

    Re-Stock fees may be charged on some products. You will be notified of any fees when applying for your RGA #.

    CREDIT:

    Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 36 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

    Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
